SHIPPING POLICY

DELIVERY :  Products will be delivered to the address provided by the buyer on the order form page small items will be delivery by an overnight couriering company or two day service depending on urgency requested by the buyer and size of the item all larger items eg. coffins will be transported via mainstream transport or there sister company and aim to have these delivered with 1 week of ordering.

All purchased products are sent with track and trace so for any reason you have concerns on products not showing up within the timeframe then please do contact us and we will immediately follow this up.

 

RETURNS:  If an item is damaged upon delivery please photograph and attach to an email to info@funeralsupplies.co.nz and we be in touch as soon as possible to arrange return at our cost if necessary  and the same replacement item to be couriered.

Return & Exchange Policy

TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

By accessing our website and logging into the online ordering platform provided for New Zealand Funeral Homes only to order and purchase items you are automatically agreeing to these terms and conditions.

 

SALE OF GOODS:  Once you place an order online with us you will receive an email confirmation with a copy of your order which then our contract begins with you when the items have been dispatched if you are requiring a purchase order number or any other information and have requested this on the checkout page a seperate email will be sent following the order confirmation. This confirmation email does not have shipping costs or discounts applied please await an invoice that will follow (see below in payment)

PAYMENT:  You will be separately invoiced from us using the Xero programme within 5 business days of your order confirmation and dispatch of products. This invoice will have all shipping costs and any discounts that may apply will be added at this time, this invoice is then payable by or before the 20th of the following month.

 

PRODUCTS:  All products displayed on our website are available for purchase if for any reason we cannot supply we will be in touch as soon as possible to let you know.

Custom made products and engraving may take up to 4 days to be made and processed how ever we will endeavour to do our best to get these done as soon as possible  but a followup email from us will confirm the estimated timeframe.
